Happy Halloween

We had lots of Halloween fun today!  We read a Halloween poem, played a monster game, had a parade and danced to Thriller in the gym with the entire school.

Halloween Walk

Today we went on a Halloween neighbourhood walk.  The children searched for decorations and then tallied their results.

Friend 2 Friend

This morning the class had a presentation call Friend 2 Friend.  The children were taught seven friendship tips through a puppet play.   Friend 2 Friend's mission is to enhance reciprocal social interaction, communication, peer play and friendships between individuals on the autism spectrum and their typically developing peers.
