Gymnastics

Brooksbank has started the new year with a gymnastics program taught by Gymsense, sponsored by the PAC.  The program will run for three weeks and we will have three blocks a week. The children are participating in may activities that work on strength and balance.  They are all enthusiastic participants!

Caroling

This week we have started each day by singing Christmas carols in the open area.  The children take turns playing instruments and doing actions.  On Thursday the children learned about the Hanukkah tradition of lighting the menorah.  On Thursday we were thrilled to have Bobs from Bobs and Lolo entertain us.  It has been a lovely way to start the day.

Gingerbread Houses

Fun was had by all when we decorated the gingerbread houses.  Hopefully they got home in one piece.
