Outdoor Day

On Tuesday we spent a lot of our day outside. Luckily it was a beautiful fall day.  In the morning we went up to Loutet Garden.  The children were investigating what is in soil and looking a plants that grow in cooler weather and seeds.

In the afternoon we headed outside for outdoor learning.  We have just begun a new science unit; Objects in the sky.  The children were asked to lay in the grass and observe the sky.   They then recorded their observations in their outdoor learning log.
