Friday Fun

Some of our avidities today;  yoga, printing, buddies, math and class centre time.

We had our first yoga session in the gym this morning.  The students were introduced to controlled breathing, cat and cow pose, downward dog and mountain.

Hello Fall

We said hello to Fall today with a story, a Fall walk and writing activity. On our walk the students were to look for signs of Fall.  They observed flowers dying, leaves changing colour and falling and chestnuts dropping from a chestnut tree.  The latter clearly being the most exciting.
