Making Gingerbread Houses

The children had a lot of fun making gingerbread houses.  Although there was a no eating until you get home rule, it was definitely not followed.  Hard to resist icing on your fingers!

Fire Fighter Visit

The firefighters came to visit today and talk about safety and the importance of having a plan and a at home.

They reminded the children of Stop, Drop and Role if their clothes are on fire.

And Stay Low and Go if they smell or see smoke.

We then got to go outside and see the fire truck and the children had a turn sitting in the truck.

The Fun Continues!

The students made a Christmas mouse with their grade 2/3 buddy class.

Rehearsal for the Christmas concert.  We are singing "Must Be Santa"  If you listen closely tonight you will hear new lyrics that the class wrote.
