In the afternoon the grade 7's ran our assembly and warm up and then we ran the Terry Fox Run around Loutet Park. Thank you to all the parent helpers directing children and stopping traffic.

Terry Fox Run
Today we had the Terry Fox Run. This morning I read a story to the class about Terry Fox. I kept the focus on how he has helped so many people by raising money for medicine. The children then completed a 'Terry Fox is ...' sentence in their writing books. They were very thoughtful in their responses which included, Terry Fox is; brave, a hero, kind, tough, caring, hope, helpful, strong and Terry Fox does not give up.
