Outdoor Learning; Sit Spot

Today in outdoor learning the children were introduced to 'Sit Spots'.  We started the activity with a story about using your senses in the forest. They then needed to find their own spot in the forest to sit silently.  In their spot they were to find 5 things they can see, 4 things they can feel, 3 things they can hear, 3 things they can smell and 1 thing they are thankful for.
